Harvestli is operated by DeMarb Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Harvestli mobile application.

• Location information: Your device location may be used to display your position, show nearby farm stands and local food businesses, and provide directions. Harvestli does not sell your location information.
• User-submitted content: Information you provide when adding or updating a location, including business names, descriptions, products, hours, payment methods, reviews, reports, and photographs.
• Photos: When you choose to upload a photo, Harvestli may access the photograph you select from your device.
• Anonymous account information: Harvestli uses anonymous Firebase Authentication to create a unique identifier that helps operate app features without requiring you to create a traditional account.
• Technical and usage information: Firebase services may process device information, app interactions, diagnostics, and other technical data needed to provide, secure, and improve the app.

How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

• Display nearby farm stands and local food businesses.
• Allow users to add, update, review, photograph, or report listings.
• Provide map and directions features.
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Harvestli.

Harvestli uses services provided by Google and Firebase, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, and related Firebase services. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Harvestli does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate, secure, or improve the app, or when required by law.

Content submitted to Harvestli, such as stand information, reviews, and photographs, may be visible to other users because Harvestli is a community-powered directory.

You may decline location or photo permissions through your device settings. Some Harvestli features may not work properly without these permissions.
